If you are pre/post natal we recommend you work with a trainer who is pre/post natal qualified. Please feel free to rejoin our programme when you are cleared to restart regular training again.

You warrant that you do not have any medical condition which may make your participation in the activities more dangerous or may increase any risk of injury to yourself or others; or make it more likely that you will be involved in an incident which could result in injury during the activity. All medical conditions and injuries must be reported to us in advance.

The participant acknowledges that Roger Frampton shall not be liable for any damage or loss which the participant may incur, or any damage or loss to any third parties or property, however incurred whilst the participant is undertaking the activities within The Hub

When participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury.
